Born onstage in East Van, Rose Butch is a QTPOC non-binary Drag Thing whose style and sensibility follows the pursuit of gender euphoria. Rose is the 2015 winner of the Mr/Miss Cobalt competition and the first winner to be crowned Mistermiss Cobalt, as well as the winner of the 2016 Legends Calendar Competition on the West End. Rose’s playful and theatrically informed drag aims to bring non-binary visibility to stages across Vancouver and beyond.
